Do you self-perform BESS commissioning or work under the OEM?+
We self-perform DC systems and BMS / SCADA integration as native scope, and provide inverter / PCS commissioning support under OEM direction. SEL protection-relay testing is delivered through our NETA-accredited specialist partner, with SATOKIE as prime.
What do you self-perform versus deliver through a partner?+
We self-perform DC string cabling, terminations, torque and testing, plus BMS / SCADA integration, comms setup and alarm mapping. SEL relay testing, MV collection and switchgear are delivered through our specialist and HV subcontract partners, with SATOKIE as the single prime.
Where in ERCOT do you mobilize?+
A West Texas base with rapid statewide mobilization across the ERCOT footprint. NASCLA reciprocity supports NM, OK and CO for owners with portfolios beyond Texas.
Do you handle recurring O&M, not just commissioning?+
Yes. Recurring preventive and corrective O&M is a core focus; the ERCOT O&M pool is a sourced ~$220M/yr today rising toward ~$430M/yr. We subcontract to specialty O&M firms near-term and pursue direct operator agreements over the 15-20 year asset life.
Are you licensed and insured for utility-scale BESS in Texas?+
Yes. TDLR Electrical Contractor license under Master Electrician Colin Miller, ACORD 25 insurance (GL, WC, Auto, Umbrella), and a safety program with OSHA 30 and NFPA 70E. Full prequal package on request.
